The problem to solve is valorizing the district of Lorenteggio. The first step is to analyze the area, listing the main activities all around in order to know lacks and strengths. Object of the study are facilities, infrastructures, green areas, community services, education and sport centers. The new masterplan is based on diversity. Greenery is one of the goals: urban farming is diffused all around and the main street finally becomes a pedestrian boulevard with commercial and public activities. In the middle of the area there is a square with bars and restaurants, connected to the new metro stop. The design is intended for pedestrians and bikes with introduction of bicycle paths connected with the city.
